Who is Jenni?
Hey, lovely to meet you! I'm a linguistics student at uni, studying in the diverse and dynamic city of London.
My fascination with language and culture continues to grow as well as my curiosity. Back in primary school, my literacy skills were powerful, and I became a huge bookworm. It all started with the 'Biff and Chip' books (I miss them so much). My literacy skills and I walked side by side, and then along came my impressive linguistic abilities. These two attributes go together hand in hand and I love that for me. Studying GCSE German and Spanish fuelled my passion for exploring how language shapes our understanding of the world.
Plus I love how I'm in control of sharing my insights and musings with you girls, and I hope to create a cute little corner over here. I love getting my hair and nails done; it's my favourite thing ever, and I can talk about beauty for ages. The industry is enormous and there's a substantial amount to dissect.
All in all, I'm literally just a girl who loves to write🥹 I'd definitely say I'm an expressive person and people close to me know I LOVE to talk.
